Access data
When this site is opened, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted operation.
Contact form
This page is a portfolio example: the contact form transmits nothing to a server and stores nothing. Entries stay in the browser and are gone once the page is reloaded. On a live law firm site, the details given in the form would be processed to handle the enquiry on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and deleted once that purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Map
The map in the contact section is provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It loads only once you reach the contact section. Your IP address and usage data are transmitted to Google in the process, and a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in a findable office address. For live operation a consent solution under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is advisable, loading the map only after explicit agreement.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or advertising services, and builds no usage profiles.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Munich, the Bavarian Data Protection Authority.
